How a match is made
When you tap start, you join a live queue with the preferences you set. The matcher scores everyone waiting and connects the closest fit rather than the first free person.
- Shared interests and tags carry the most weight in the score
- Language and intention — friends, dating, networking, community — are respected
- People you skipped are excluded from your queue for six hours
- People you blocked are never returned, in either direction
- Waiting time is factored in, so nobody sits in the queue indefinitely
