Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to minors are removed and the underlying device and contact details may be blocked.

2. Respectful conduct

Harassment, hate speech, outing someone, threats, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, and recording other people without consent are prohibited and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you share. You grant TrueVibe permission to display it to the people you choose to share it with, and to retain moderation evidence where a report has been filed.

4. Suspension

We may warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines. You can appeal a moderation decision from the Safety Center.

5. No warranty

TrueVibe is provided as-is. It is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee the behaviour of other people.
