Safety Policy
What happens after a report, and the limits of what a platform can do.
Reporting
Reports can be filed during a call, from a profile, a room, an event or the Safety Center. The person you report is never told who filed it.
Moderation
Reports are triaged by severity. Moderators can warn, mute, suspend or ban. Every action is authorised on the server and written to an audit log with the moderator's identity and reason.
Appeals
Anyone who receives an action can appeal once. Appeals are reviewed by a moderator who did not take the original action.
Not an emergency service
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. TrueVibe cannot dispatch help.
